Are you a frenzied user of chatbots ? Instead of going to each application separately, you can access an interface that hosts the main chatbots on the market. You will obviously find the most famous, ChatGPT, but also its alter-ego Bing Chat as well as Google Bard, Claude or Alpaca. We explain how to use it.
How to use ChatHub on Google Chrome ?
- Start by downloading the ChatHub extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Open the extension. By default, you will arrive on the All-In-One page which allows you to compare the results of two different chatbots.
- Select the ones you want to use from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to type your prompt in the Send to all field and click Send.
- The prompt will be sent to both chatbots and the responses will be generated side by side so you can easily compare them.
If you want to use Bing Chat, you will be asked to sign in to your Microsoft account. However, Google Bard is currently unavailable in some countries. It is therefore not yet usable on ChatHub (unless you go through a VPN).
You also have the option of using each chatbot separately by clicking on the corresponding tab in the left menu.
Also in the free version, you can make some settings in the settings menu :
- You can export and import your data (settings, chat history, local invitations).
- You can configure a shortcut to open the application and change the start page.
- It is also possible to modify the language model of ChatGPT or even the style of Bing Chat (precise, balanced, creative).
- You can finally change the theme of the application and opt for dark mode.
Finally, note that it is possible to pay ($15 or $30) to obtain additional features. One of them allows you to integrate more chatbots in the All-In-One mode. Premium members can also access history and customize the theme. In the future, cloud recording will also be offered.
